My name is Sarah, and I`m a Syrian journalist currently residing in Bosnia (but not only). My journey began in Syria, where the Arab Spring and the devastating war changed everything, including the course of my life. After losing my father in the conflict, I made a difficult decision, to leave my home and seek for a better and safer life in Europe.

Today, my heart is committed to journalism and storytelling. I aim to shed light on migration, displacement and resilience – the human stories often hidden behind the headlines.

Through investigative reporting, I want to give voice to those who are too often unheard, and document the realities of migrations from inside.

My personal experiences have shaped not only who I am, but also how I write.
